SZ.802.010V2PD - Communication Controller Module

The Communication Controller is responsible for all operator-controlled and all signal based switching decisions (such as Best Signal Selection, Automatic Transmitter Selection, radio-main/standby selection) of all Communication Servers [2].

The communication controller has the following main features:

• Control of up to 8 communication servers
• Start up without management control
• Disk- and fan-less operation
• Operation with second redundant communication controller
• Hot swappable
• Multiple Ethernet interfaces for management access
• SNMPv3 management access

The actual COM Controller SZ.802010V2 supports only SW releases 3.5.05 and higher.

If your system has a lower software release, you need to upgrade the software.
