The universal dual 4-wire interface module SZ.818.010V1 supports the following features:

• Various 4-wire radio and telephone interfaces with different operating modes (selected by configuration)
• E&M signalling (defined by configuration): - up to 3 differential E&M in/ outputs - up to 6 single ended E&M in/ outputs
• 2 legal recording output ports which can individually export the following voice slots: - Incoming voice channel - Outgoing voice channel - Summary of incoming and outgoing voice channels
• Control interfaces for radio equipment: - V.24 with RXD/TXD and software handshaking by Xon/Xoff - EIA-485/RS-485
